Workshop for Developing Drafts for WHO Standard on Clinical Guidelines

The Regional Office had identified 27 priority diseases for which it aims to develop standard clinical guidelines. Member States such as China, Japan and the Republic of Korea are working together to develop and prepare draft documents of the standard clinical guidelines. This workshop aims to review existing evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, since the method used in traditional medicine is unique and is particular in selection, evaluation and application of clinical researching evidence. Identifying the purpose, merging ideas and mastering the methods are very important and are the key points for the success of clinical practice guideline.
