First Meeting of the Asia Pacific Technical Advisory Group on Emerging Infectious Diseases

Objectives of the meeting:
- to discuss the current situation on emerging infectious diseases and assess capacity for response;
- to review and revise the draft WHO APSED Regional Implementation Plan, including regional priorities and targets; and
- to identify priorities and make recommendations on future steps on emerging infectious disease response.
