Summary
The training package, consisting of a manual and a CD, is aimed at helping programme managers and technical staff to implement the 100% condom use programme. The strategy advocated by this training package is based on sound public health thinking, and experience to date with this programme has demonstrated its ability to contribute to a remarkable decline in STI/HIV rates among female sex workers.
