World Malaria Day 2012 | 25 April
Annually, the 25th of April has been set aside by the Roll Back Malaria Partnership to commemorate global efforts to control and eliminate malaria. WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific joins the other WHO regions and entire malaria global community to assess progress towards maalria control and elimination; and to re-enact commitment of Member States, partners and stakeholders towards achieving the target of zero malaria deaths by 2015.
