On assignment for the World Health Organization, film-maker Mark Hammond visited Cambodia, the Philippines and Vanuatu to observe people living with neglected tropical diseases such as yaws, lymphatic filariasis, schistosomiasis, and leprosy. He found a world where stigma and exclusion are still alive, but was also witness to the bravery of people determined to go beyond their afflictions.
