Summary
The Third Biregional Partners Meeting is an opportunity to continue work begun in previous meetings, particularly to review and comment on: the draft Biregional Strategic Plan; the development of appropriate policies including the integration of prevention/education, treatment/care programmes; support for expanding country-based activities into national programmes; and the means of expanding capacity to deliver harm-reduction-based programmes and services.
