- to review, with countries, the draft Regional Strategy on Health Systems based on the Values of Primary Health Care and make recommendations for revisions before submission to the Regional Committee of the Western Pacific in October 2010.
- to engage key country-level stakeholders in identifying next steps to take forward the health systems and primary health care agenda.
