WHO Country Cooperation Strategy (CCS)

CCS reflects a medium-term vision of the WHO for its cooperation with a given country. It is generally developed with a vision of 4 - 6 years but are kept flexible to align with national cycles and take into account country contexts. It is also an instrument for harmonizing its cooperation in countries with that of other partners. It is used as basis for dialogue, advocacy, resource mobilization and planning.
